01. Who we are

BRND Energy is a marketing and communications firm for the oil and gas industry. We are a BRND House company and part of Laventure Corp. In this policy, “BRND Energy,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to us; “you” refers to anyone who visits brndenergy.com.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to brndenergy.com, not to other websites we link to.

02. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, company type and the message you write. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and the date and time of your visit. When you submit the contact form, we record your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general location, device and browser used, and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We use these reports in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell your information or use Google Analytics for targeted advertising.

03. Third-party services

In addition to Google Analytics, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts to display our typefaces. When it does, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

Our website and email are run by hosting and email providers who process information on our behalf so the site and contact form work.

04. How we use your information

We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, provide and discuss our services, keep the website secure and working properly, prevent spam and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use contact form submissions to add you to a mailing list without your permission.

05. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and business (such as hosting and email providers), with other Laventure Corp. companies when needed to respond to your request, when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

06. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and related emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. Server logs are kept for a limited time according to our host’s settings.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@brndenergy.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.

08. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, including encrypted connections where available. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as financial or government ID numbers through our contact form.

09. Children

This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
